Customer Support Representative

Sidecar Health is redefining health insurance and looking for warm, passionate people to join the Member Care team to support members on their healthcare journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and chat boxes from members
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Build rapport with existing members
  • Handle issues and complaints
  • Maintain policies and procedures

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Healthcare and/or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
