Customer Support Representative
Sidecar Health is redefining health insurance and looking for warm, passionate people to join the Member Care team to support members on their healthcare journeys.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and chat boxes from members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build rapport with existing members
- Handle issues and complaints
- Maintain policies and procedures
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Healthcare and/or insurance experience (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
