Associate Counsel, Product and Regulatory
Sidecar Health is redefining health insurance, looking for an Associate Counsel to support insurance operations. Ideal candidates will have legal experience, excellent organization skills, and a desire to transform healthcare.
Skills
- Legal research
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or other data management tools
Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate and individual insurance licenses
- Conduct legal research on topics impacting insurance and healthcare industries
- Draft operational policies and procedures
- Prosecute insurance product rate and form filings
- Prepare external reports to regulators
Education
- J.D. degree and membership in good standing with a state bar
