Member Education Manager
Sidecar Health is redefining health insurance with a mission to make excellent healthcare affordable and attainable for everyone. They are looking for a Manager of Member Education to create and deliver educational materials to help members understand and use their health coverage.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content creation
- Curious, creative mind with the ability to simplify complex messages
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance concepts
Responsibilities
- Develop educational materials across all phases of the member journey
- Attend recurring meetings and manage the member education intake queue
- Copywrite clear, succinct messaging and choose appropriate imagery
- Manage internal and member-facing asset libraries
