We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing in our Future Grids portfolio to create the power distribution grid of the future.We are looking for a Master Data Clerk. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.As the Master Data Clerk, you will be responsible for maintenance, adjustment, parametrization of the Master Data in our SAP and follow up of the proper and timely configuration of part numbers in SAP (purchased parts and internal fabrication).You’ll make an impact by:• Daily revision of Purchase and Make Parts Queue to be configured• Ensure BOM availability for Make parts; if unavailable, communicate with Engineering.• Follow up for Timely setup with Procurement and Manufacturing Engineering + Master Scheduler• Kanban Cycles setup• Master Data Changes (Bulk, Back flush, Pick To Order, Safety Stock, ROP, LT, Forecasting)• Master Data Integrity (make sure all parameters are according to standard and no discrepancies)• Run and update Quarterly job in SAP• Handle all Nonconformance Reports communication to Vendors (Internal and External Cause)• Execution of Engineering Change NoticeYou’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:• Experience with SAP• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel• Master Data analytics experience• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.Preferred Qualifications:• High School Diploma/GED or higher education• 1+ year of experience reading technical drawings and technical documentation/specifications• Experience working in a Manufacturing settingYou’ll benefit from:• Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
