The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the C to RTL and C to Gate Level modeling processes, with hands-on experience in a range of HLS tools and formal verification methodologies. This role involves driving product development, customer engagement, and technical leadership for our HLS simulation solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Product Development and Engineering:• Lead the development and enhancements of simulation solutions, focusing on C++ and formal verification.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, to define product features, enhancements, and roadmaps.• Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features and tools, ensuring high quality and performance.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on best practices in HLS, formal verification, and simulation.• Customer Engagement and Support:• Engage with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and use cases in the context of HLS and formal verification.• Provide expert-level support to customers, helping them achieve successful adoption and integration of our HLS verification tools.• Conduct technical training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate customers and partners on the best use of our simulation tools.• Technical Leadership:• Drive innovation in the simulation product line, identifying opportunities for new features and improvements in HLS workflows.• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products, integrating relevant insights into our product strategy.• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, showcasing expertise in HLS and formal verification.Qualifications:• Technical Expertise:• C/C++ & SystemC: Extensive experience in C/C++ programming and SystemC for hardware modeling and simulation.• High-Level Synthesis (HLS): Deep understanding of HLS methodologies, including C to RTL and C to Gate Level modeling.• Catapult HLS: Proven experience with Catapult HLS for C++ to RTL synthesis.• Formal Verification: Expertise in formal verification tools such as CFormal SLEC, CFormalAssert, and CCoverCheck.• Coverage Analysis: Experience with Catapult Coverage or equivalent tools for analyzing and verifying unreachable coverage targets in HLS.• Experience:• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the semiconductor or EDA industry.• Proven track record of successful product development and customer support in the area of simulation and HLS.• Experience in leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.• Soft Skills:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with other EDA tools and frameworks.• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.• Prior experience in formal verification beyond HLS, including system-level verification.Why us?Workingat Siemens Software means flexibility - Choosing between working at home andthe office at other times is the norm here. Transform the EverydayThe salary range for this position is $101,200 to$182,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
