Solutions Architect

Simbe Robotics is seeking a knowledgeable and innovative Solutions Architect to join our Customer Experience team. The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge robotic solutions that enhance operational efficiency for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Simbe Robotics' products.
Design scalable and efficient architectures for robotic systems that meet customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
QA as needed on existing tooling to ensure client needs are met
Provide technical guidance and support during the pre-sales process and post-deployment phases.
Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of existing solutions to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical role, preferably in robotics, automation, or similar industries.
Experience with robotic frameworks like ROS (Robot Operating System) is highly desirable.
System integration experience, including working with APIs, cloud platforms and IoT systems.
Familiarity with Tableau and experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to clients.
Basic understanding of codebases, with the ability to review and understand software related to deployment, operation, or integration of robotic systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues during deployment and support phases.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

$100,000 - $140,000 a year

The base salary offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
