Administrative Supervisor

Simeon Global Consulting is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to oversee a small team of employees responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within a dynamic contact center environment. This position plays a critical role in managing administrative tasks, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving efficiency in operations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, managing schedules, and handling reporting with a focus on precision and professionalism. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to a team of four administrative staff to foster productivity and maintain morale. 
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure administrative tasks, including reporting, case tracking, and documentation, are completed accurately and on time. 
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor workflows and implement best practices to maintain compliance with company standards and client expectations. 
  • Resource Management: Manage team schedules and workload to align with operational needs. 
  • Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing activities, trends, and outcomes. Present findings to management. 
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal communications within the team and with upper management. 
  • Issue Resolution: Identify challenges in operations and develop proactive solutions. Escalate complex issues as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, management, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in an administrative or customer service setting. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). 
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in team management and coordination. 
  • Experience in a contact center or case management setting. 
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and reporting best practices. 
  • Familiarity with emergency management or disaster response operations. 

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Must be at least 18 years old.  
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States. 
  • Must reside in the state of Florida. 
  • Must pass a background check upon offer of employment.  
  • Must be willing and able to travel to various work sites as needed. 
  • Must be willing and able to work long hours and adapt to changing environments.
