Role Description
Join our Simple Mills team in Mill Valley, CA, as the Office & Lab Coordinator! In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment, handling tasks that range from office coordination and vendor management to supporting our innovation lab and leadership team. Reporting directly to our Sr. Manager of People Operations, you will collaborate with teams in both Mill Valley and Chicago to ensure everything runs seamlessly. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Compensation range for this position will be between $60,000-$70,000, with consideration for previous experience. This position will be in-office at our Mill Valley, CA location. Simple Mills follows CDC recommendations to help insure a safe working environment for all individuals in-office. Remote working may be considered as necessary from a designated location in the United States (the new hire’s permanent residence, as documented in our HR System, Rippling). Sufficient internet access to support video conferencing is required.
