Responsibilities

  • Manage complex Enterprise client relationships
  • Understand customer problems and deliver value
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and build relationships
  • Drive user-level adoption of the platform
  • Develop champions/evangelists and maintain high customer engagement

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $150,000 - $180,000 USD
  • Role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits
  • Flexible work model: Hub-Hybrid-Remote
