Sales Enablement Manager

Simpplr is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to help scale their sales productivity efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven success in sales onboarding, rep ramp time, and sales effectiveness, with field experience as a seller.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales enablement initiatives and projects
  • Improve onboarding and accelerate ramp time of sales teams
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop resources and tools
  • Build and maintain sales processes and procedures
  • Develop training, learning paths, and certifications for sales performance
  • Plan impactful sales events and trainings
