Principal Product Marketing Manager - Solutions Marketing

Simpplr is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to be a key player in maximizing the marketing opportunities in front of us. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in product marketing, sales enablement, and enterprise software.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, RFP processes, and sales enablement best practices
  • Skilled at understanding customer needs and developing tailored value propositions
  • Expertise in competitive positioning and messaging for complex solution selling

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise on Simpplr's solutions, target enterprise buyer personas, their key needs/challenges, and the competitive landscape
  • Craft customized messaging, value propositions, competitive positioning, and other sales enablement content for strategic enterprise deals
  • Work closely with sales teams supporting large enterprise opportunities to equip them with the right content and messaging
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and other teams to ensure sales enablement efforts are aligned with product roadmaps and overall go-to-market strategies

Education

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience
