The Sales Engineer acts as subject matter expert for the Sinch products and is responsible for Pre-Sales Support, working with both internal teams and directly with customers. The role collaborates closely with sales to plan and execute account strategies and externally by interacting with prospective customers through executive meetings, solution presentations, technical workshops, and follow-up discussions. The emphasis of the role is to help prospects and customers achieve the highest business value possible in a way that is financially rewarding for Sinch as well.
You will report to the Director Solution Sales Engineering EMEA, who is based in Milan, Italy.

We're looking for someone with a university degree in a technical field and over three years of experience in a customer-facing role within mobile, telecom, or software sectors. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and experience in project management is a bonus.
