About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap and requirements for critical shared components within our Real Time Communication product suite. You will be the key link between engineering, product and product operation stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of impactful solutions.

About the Team

Our Real-Time Communication team is building the future of real time communication for enterprises! We're passionate about creating seamless and engaging experiences across a suite of products that connect people worldwide. This includes programmable voice, in-app calling, verification, number lookup and fax solutions. All of these products generate billions of events every year that results in insightful and business critical data both for us at Sinch and for our customers. As we continue to grow and innovate, we need a talented Technical Product Manager to lead the charge of our platform team, Shared Components.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a strategy for collecting, analysing, and leveraging usage data across all RTCx products.
  • Define roadmap and requirements for our common financial and business intelligence pipelines.
  • Define roadmap and requirements for our configuration tool used for operating all RTCx products.
  • Work closely with product managers across different RTCx products and Sinch to ensure seamless integration and consistent data model and standard.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, contributing to architectural decisions and technology choices.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Technical Product Manager with a focus on backend systems, data platforms or API based products.
  • Experience of defining and detailing requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of data flows, billing, account management, and configuration tools in large-scale systems.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on scaling and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
  • Technical background or experience with backend development, data infrastructure and analytics is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deep dive into the technical details and complexity.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
