As the Associate Director of Talent & People Operations you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts, employer branding, and people operations initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in growing our team, shaping our company culture, and supporting the growth of our employees.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruiting:
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to implement and refine our TA strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across the agency
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to maintain our high standards for talent
- Work with marketing to enhance our employer brand and presence on job boards and professional networks
ATS Management and Reporting:
- Oversee the management and optimization of our ATS (Workable)
- Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions
- Continuously improve our recruitment processes based on data and feedback
Employee Onboarding and Development:
- Manage and continuously improve our onboarding program to effectively integrate new hires into our culture
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure role-specific onboarding remains thorough and effective
- Oversee the implementation of our performance evaluation system, making iterative improvements based on feedback and best practices
- Regularly collect and analyze feedback to refine both onboarding and development processes
General HR Support and Administration:
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees on various HR-related questions and concerns
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the administration of benefits programs and answer employee inquiries about benefits
- Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures as needed
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues promptly and effectively
You are someone who:

- Has experience in both domestic and offshore talent acquisition

- Constantly stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and new tools and techniques to enhance effectiveness.
- Actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and performance for both yourself and the people team at large.
- Adapts quickly to changing circumstances demonstrating flexibility and an open attitude towards new approaches and strategies.
Prior Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in a related role, with at least 2 years focused on the digital marketing or tech industry
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier performance marketing talent
- Strong understanding of performance marketing roles and required skill sets
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
