Sisense’s mission is to provide the fastest unified data platform on the market. As a Renewals Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the renewal process of contracts, subscriptions, or services offered by a company. The primary objective is to ensure the retention of existing clients by negotiating and securing contract renewals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Renewal Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize contract renewal rates.
    • Monitor and track upcoming contract expirations and proactively engage with clients to initiate renewal discussions.
    • Handle all processing of contracts, including creation and execution of actual contracts themselves and discussions with customers about contract components
  • Negotiation and Pricing:
    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other relevant teams to understand client needs and expectations.
    • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Address client concerns or issues promptly and work towards resolution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to stay informed about product updates, promotions, and market trends.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to enhance product offerings.
  • Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Develop accurate forecasts for contract renewals.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on renewal performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Contract Administration:
    • Ensure that all contract documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with company policies.
    • Work with legal teams to review and finalize contract terms.
  • Client Education:
    • Educate clients on the value and benefits of continuing their partnership with the company.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract renewal management or a similar role a plus
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and contract management tools.

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $50,000-$65,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.

NYC and CA Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in New York City and California is $50,000-$65,000 (/yr).
