Employee Resource Groups

• AAPIS & Allies - To promote cultural awareness within Sisense and foster a community of Asians and allies both inside and outside of the organization. (and have fun doing it)
• Black@Sisense - A community of black employees and allies who are committed to creating a more diverse workforce at Sisense and the broader tech community through advocacy, education and service
• FamilySense - To inspire, equip and empower a network of parents, expecting/planning to become parents, parental figures and friends.
• Latinos@Sisense - We seek to celebrate the heritage of our Hispanic and Latinx employees through networking, cultural events and service. By doing so, we hope to bring awareness to the complexity and intersectionality of Latin American identities in the tech workforce and digital economy.
• Queers & Allies - Our LGBTQIA+ ERG. A diverse group of individuals who seek to celebrate, uplift, support and advocate for the queer community. 
• Women@Sisense - Our women’s community is an empowerment group (just as the name Zenith implies), formed to uplift and educate one another by providing a space for more voices to be heard. Many member conversations center around gender equality to raise the bar for everyone.

Sisense started in the early 2000s as nothing more than an idea: the idea that data analytics can be made fluent, easy and fast by radically improving data processing capabilities through technological innovation. After working for six years in stealth mode to perfect our disruptive In-Chip™ data engine and to tie it into an intuitive, user-oriented front end, Sisense launched its first commercial release in 2010 and caught the market by surprise: Suddenly there was a tool powerful enough to tackle big and disparate datasets, but simple enough to be used by almost anyone.

Since then Sisense has seen meteoric growth that shows no sign of slowing, we maintain offices all over the world.

At Sisense, we work hard and have fun while we're doing it. From fuzzy socks for every interviewer that comes in, to cool get-togethers, lots of career growth, working with radical technology and a passion for community involvement.

Our company-wide Sisense Sizzle has always been a fan favorite. Every other week we come together to share our big wins, introduce new hires, celebrate anniversaries, play some games and win some cool prizes!

Our experience team puts on various events like wine & paint night or laser tag to happy hours and game nights. The sky is the limit when showing our Sisensers the importance of team building and comraderie.
