In this role as the Site Administrator, you will serve as the Functional Supervisor of the One-Stop Center, managing daily operations. The Site Administrator will be the convener and ensure quality workforce services are delivered in the most efficient and effective way possible, through full integration and coordination of the One-Stop Career Center partners and resources that support seamless service delivery.

Ensure successful integration of services from all funding streams to better serve customers and businesses. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Act as a liaison to partners. Ensure contract goals are met on a daily basis.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide overall coordination of partners’ efforts and communication with the Workforce and Economic Development Board and connected stakeholders
  • Lead community partner and employer relations initiatives through outreach, presentations, and event planning
  • Ensure all integrated operations at the site are meeting goals

· Establish practices, protocols, and policies that encourage the One-Stop partners to provide services to individuals with barriers to employment, including individuals with disabilities, who may require longer-term services, such as intensive employment training and education

· Establish and maintain relationships between all WIOA, TANF, and other mandated One-Stop partners, as well as other partners that support the mission, vision, and values of the local workforce area

· Establish committees to address the needs affecting the One-Stop Career Center

· Manage, track, and oversee a customer experience program and surveys to allow for informed business decision making by the workforce stakeholders

· Provide quarterly reports and/or presentations to workforce stakeholders

· Coordinate and participate in meetings with local workforce stakeholders and prepare reports as required

· Hold and plan meetings with local partners to discuss updates, projects, and initiatives

· Maintain the operation of One-Stop Center by managing security, IT, and equipment functions

· Ensure the center is in compliance with all federal, state, WIOA, TANF, and OCDHS policies in the provision of services to job seekers and employers, and maintain One-Stop Certification in coordination with leadership

· Communicate all new or changed policies, procedures, and processes with staff

· Facilitate and/or seek out professional development activities to meet local trends

· Provide recommendations to improve the service delivery in the local workforce area through identifying best practices and focusing on continuous improvement

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Experience managing people and building/maintaining coalitions and partnerships

· Experience in career counseling and business outreach

· Bachelor's degree in business, economics, education, or human resources, or related experience in business, management, professional training, adult teaching, or sales preferred

· Ability to converse with a large range of professionals, and demonstrate a positive and professional attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
