What You'll Do
In this role, you will ensure that development teams across the organization are able to effectively use our engineering platforms and tools. Along with engineering and maintaining reliability, performance, and agility across multiple engineering platforms and technologies, you will also be a part of a support organization dedicated to delivering a frictionless development experience to Flatiron Health Engineering teams.
As technologies, tools, and platforms proliferate and scale in a cloud-native world, developers are often asked to build and ship products in an environment that is constantly shifting and evolving. This leads to uncertainty, anxiety, and missed opportunities to increase productivity and reliability. You will work closely with engineering teams, develop world-class documentation and provide first-line support for the most complex and interconnected toolsets that our developers use on a daily basis, ultimately ensuring that developers are using the right tools in the best ways.
