About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure engineer who will work closely with the Gen AI/AI team. As a Infrastructure engineer help organizations speed up and automate aspects of developing, testing, releasing, and updating software.
You will proactively be building CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and improve performance of databases, delivering, and maintaining critical telemetry systems that provide visibility of system health and application performance for the efficient delivery of Gen AI / AI team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support new and existing customers by performing DevOps and troubleshooting.
- Develop and continuously improve our observability tooling and application infrastructure.
- Identify and manage the resolution of technical issues on our application infrastructure.
- Improve regular operations by automating procedures and optimizing processes.
- Evangelist for DevOps practices and mindset in the engineering department
- Write documentation and facilitate informational webinars as well as guidelines sharing.
- Stay ahead of innovation and participate in decisions about technology choices.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong experience at CI / CD and release engineering best practices
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design patterns, troubleshooting and optimization.
- Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting production systems.
- Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, and container registry systems.
- Proficiency in writing scripts in a standard scripting language (e.g., shell scripts, Python etc.).
- Experience operating in the Cloud, preferably in Azure.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- 5-7 years industry experience effectively applying monitoring, alerting, database management and CI/CD.
- MS in Computer Science, or equivalent quantitative, data-intensive discipline.
- Experience in MLOps is a plus.
