Sitecore is looking for a Senior Director of Demand Generation Operations. In this role you will report directly to the SVP, Global Operations as a member of the Marketing and Operations leadership teams. You will be responsible for leading marketing planning and strategy across all marketing teams, targeting and segmentation at account and persona level to enable campaign execution, managing the marketing budget, the continuous advancement of revenue engine metrics, operating and optimizing the marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate possesses a combination of marketing skills with a focus on strategy operations, leadership, agility, and communication. This individual must have a passion for data, metrics, and reporting, with a passion for efficiency and scalability. In this role you will:
Lead and execute marketing cadence, including the weekly all-hands team meeting & marketing leadership meeting, as well as monthly alignment and performance tracking meetings with critical internal stakeholders and quarterly business reviews (QBR) with the senior leadership team. Execute Targeting and Segmentation across the enterprise and mid-market segments and persona level across prospects and existing customers. Provide highest quality prospect lists to demand generation campaign team. Maintain database health. Operate Digital Campaigns through the MarTech stack within agreed timelines and budgets. Develop and provide measurement of campaign and overall marketing investment impact from prospecting all the way through to the actual booking of new/incremental revenue Provide actionable insights to help shorten sales cycles, increase conversion, optimize campaign spend, and ultimately grow revenue overall. Facilitate marketing planning and strategy development process across the marketing team. Manage quarterly budgeting and forecasting. Enabling the entire marketing team to achieve financial objectives and KPIs. Including vendor management and optimization. Drive market opportunity, penetration, and competitive footprint heatmaps across prospects and current customers - decide on strategic segments together with sales to enable prioritization of sales and marketing tactics. Partnering with product marketing team for additional research. Optimize, innovate, and drive efficiencies across marketing technology portfolio applying an experiment, measure, and fail fast mindset. Drive alignment across talent, processes, and tools - providing equal attention to all three pillars. Experience with ABM, Inbound Marketing, 3rd party databases, event technology, web analytics, and sales enablement technologies are required. Act as a custodian of the Sitecore customer experience - ensuring prospects and customers receive the right amount of messaging. Including compliance with data and privacy regulations. Provide Insights from Win/Loss and Competitive Research - the team operates qualitative and quantitative research against closed opportunities and executes ongoing competitive research. What You'll Bring to the Team:
10
years' experience in marketing operations, including 5 years B2B / B2C experience welcome Strategy consultancy and/or digital marketing agency experience is preferred Outstanding presentation skills. Proven success in operating targeting and segmentation within enterprise and midmarket Experience orchestrating ABM and sophisticated, multi-channel revenue generation programs. Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and knowledge of the technology landscape. Strong cross cultural stakeholder management experience, preferably in Americas, EMEA and Asia. Early career hands-on experience with a leading marketing automation platform preferred Experience with data security and privacy regulations (i.e. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, MBA preferred.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
