YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will lead and grow our Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) team that runs our central platform for automation of all Data Science processes and gives guidance, governance and support for deploying and operating models and algorithms efficiently and reliably in production 
• You will guide the further implementation and operation of our MLOps platform 
• You will collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning and software reliability engineers, tech management and business stakeholders to understand platform requirements and translate this into a technical roadmap and team vision 
• You will drive and communicate system designs within our tech teams and tech leadership 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Leadership You have a strong track record in technical leadership and experience managing cross-location machine learning and/or engineering teams 
• Background You have experience leading strategic technical projects with multiple stakeholders 
• Skills You have knowledge of Machine Learning and AWS cloud technologies 
• Hands on You have ideally real-world experience in building platforms for data science and machine learning operations 
• Approach You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus
