Business Development Representative

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to join our team and support our growth in the US and Canada market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting Sizanid HR's services. Your efforts will be crucial in expanding our clientele and increasing our market presence.

This role requires working in the US/Canada time zone, enabling seamless collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in the US and Canadian markets.
  • Engage and qualify leads through outbound outreach methods, including cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Facilitate meetings and follow-ups to drive the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in the US/Canada time zone and accommodate client availability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Schedule

    • Day Shift (USA Business Hours - Eastern Standard Time)
    • Monday- Thursday (9am - 6pm EST) & Friday (9am- 1pm EST)

  • No background noise (strict requirement).
