To further enhance our outreach and growth initiatives, we are seeking a proactive Leads Generation Specialist to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential business leads to support our service offerings in business process outsourcing, human resource outsourcing, Employer of Record, HR consulting, training and development, and staffing solutions.

Your role will involve researching target markets, developing leads, and building relationships with decision-makers to drive sales and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads in targeted markets to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including email, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and track all interactions using CRM software.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize lead conversion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation progress and present them to management regularly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable HR solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and assess market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospects.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.

  • Required Hours & Equipment
    • Must be available during normal USA Business Hours.
    • Work hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am – 6 pm & Fridays 9 am - 1 pm EST.
    • Fast and reliable internet connection with power backups.
    • Noise-canceling headset.
    • No background noise (strict requirement).
    • Job Type: Full-time.
