We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the US & Canada. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, guiding a robust sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your expertise in sales and passion for HR services will be instrumental in positioning Sizanid HR as the go-to partner for companies seeking effective workforce solutions.

this role, you'll coach and train our SDR and LDR team from prospecting (lead generation) to scheduling qualified meetings (outbound), while developing scalable processes to ensure consistent success.

You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing team performance, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is both tactical and strategic, able to roll up their sleeves and dive into campaigns, while also thinking long-term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement successful sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve high performance and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on client needs and satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and competitive trends within the HR industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and service offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics to senior management.
  • Represent Sizanid HR at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish new connections (if required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, ideally within the HR consulting or services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development purposes.
  • Must be willing to undergo background check, reference check and education check
  • Must be willing to work in USA time zone or other timezone assigned
