We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter II - LATAM to join our team. This position offers a unique compensation model based on the number of successful placements, making it an ideal role for motivated recruiters who thrive in a performance-driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various sectors in LATM, US & EMEA. Your ability to connect talent to opportunity will directly influence the success of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for positions.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Utilize metrics to track recruitment performance and optimize the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Sizanid HR, promoting our values and services to candidates.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction with recruitment services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the LATAM, US & EMEA market.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and a results-driven approach.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
    • At least 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or external) of ideally Tech or Business related roles;
    • Advanced sourcing capabilities, especially in boolean search
    • International talent-hiring delivery and client-handling background;
    • EMEA or US Talent Market in-depth knowledge;
    • LinkedIn Recruiter;
    • Native or Professional English level;
