Everi is looking for an experienced Slot Game Designer to help create creative new slot games that deliver exciting gaming experiences to our casino customers. Casino and slot design experience is required for this role.
What Will You Be Doing?
Exercises discretion and independent judgment creating from inception to completion, fun, consistent, and competitive games
Responsible for defining and directing all creative aspects of games that impact the end-user, including game, interface, animation, sound, math, and art style
Exercises discretion and independent judgment serving as the sole designer on games
Works with product stakeholders to evaluate features, create product schedule, determine resource trade-offs, and make informed long-term recommendations
Collaborates with internal teams in creating and managing the ongoing development of product documentation, ensuring contents clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and requirements across multiple disciplines and are accurate and up to date
Customarily and regularly generates and executes multiple game concepts, ensuring alignment with Company and product strategy
Works with, or directly on, game math ensuring a fun experience that meets all jurisdictional regulations and market requirements
Generates new market findings through casino visits, market research, and data analytics aimed at driving new development strategies
Customarily and regularly maintains active field research analysis and industry knowledge to clearly understand and convey er profiles for ongoing development of new game design features and products.
Actively collaborates and shares innovative solutions and helps shape other project features

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Experience as a slot designer for a casino gaming company
Passion for math, especially focusing on statistics and probability
Strong organizational skills
Genuine excitement for the casino industry and gaming
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work and coordinate with teams

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 - $120,000 annually.
