Entry Level Customer Service Representative

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our team. Key Responsibilities:  
    • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Address inquiries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and management teams to achieve common goals.
    • Contribute to a positive and competitive team environment.
    • Participate in paid training sessions to acquire product knowledge and customer service skills.
    • Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
    • Contribute to sales and marketing objectives to meet and exceed targets.
    • Embrace a results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
       

    Qualifications:  

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Eligible to work in the United States.
    • Full-time availability, as part-time positions are not available.
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
