Resolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT Help Desk tickets.
Act as initial point of contact for technical assistance.
Manage IT assets and inventory.
Deploy and recall IT equipment.
Create and update user accounts.
Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware.
Follow up with users regarding issues.
Education
Associates degree in technology-based discipline
High school diploma with 2+ years of help desk experience
