Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of People Strategies aligned with organizational goals
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on a wide range of professional and personal issues
Provide guidance on career pathing and talent management
Design and implement performance management processes
Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive company culture
Identify organizational learning needs and develop impactful learning programs
Provide guidance and support during periods of change
Utilize People data to inform strategic initiatives and drive organizational performance
