Sr. Product Designer - Admin Experiences (Remote Eligible)

Smartsheet is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of work by creating valuable and delightful enterprise administration experiences.

Skills

5+ years of design experience
Passion for SaaS and CWM
Experience designing complex interactions and dashboards
Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to proactively solicit and provide feedback
Experience with Figma and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

Deliver quality experiences by setting a high bar for ideas and craftsmanship
Understand user needs and goals to create effective designs
Iterate on designs to test hypotheses and find effective solutions
Collaborate with product partners to define user stories and acceptance criteria
Support research efforts and usability testing

Education

Degree in Design or equivalent experience
