Ensuring to Acquire new accounts to increase ET. Revenue and base, aiming to increase our market share while also expanding existing relationships with current base (loyalty & retention) for Large Enterprise segment through understanding enterprise customers’ needs.
and is responsible for ensuring and developing sales strategies in alignment with company strategy and achieving sales objectives through executing sales plans, moreover, responsible for recruiting ,staffing, training and manage sales teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Team in assigned sector.
- Coach the Sales team in managing the accounts, enlarge the accounts with different products & Increase the revenue generated from each account
- Strategic planning for market penetration.
- Distributing the monthly target among the team members & achieve the annual Sales target of the assigned segments.
- Supervise and control the activities and productivity of the Sales Team.
- Develop opportunities to increase the sales production via presentations at prospective companies, public relations and other means.
- Ensure that the necessary reports are submitted as procedure.
- Ensure quality sales and after sales service to all the customers.
- Hire Senior Sales Executive and Sales Executives to support all the assigned segments.
- Ensure that all the Team members adhere to Etisalat policies and procedures.
- Managing meetings with key persons at companies and business institutions for more sales opportunities
- Maintain target achievement at a team level with full field support under high persistency and quality output.
- Coordinating with all departments to facilitate the work flow.
