Summary:

This role is accountable for delivering an aggressive and targeted channel sales and partnerships growth strategy which includes developing a high-performing results-oriented partnership team, achieving revenue and margin targets, growing target markets, key partners and lines of business, business development, relationship management and prospecting, alignment and utilization of strategic partnerships. 



Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an effective channel sales and partnership strategy to exceed sales, margin and revenue targets. 
  • Create and manage channel sales and partners strategic programs to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities. 
  • Develop product partner solutions that are repeatable and scalable to improve product integrations and underlying value proposition.
  • Identify and build new sales channels by establishing marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Effectively manage and coach the Partnership team to implement and optimize partnership strategies. 
  • Drive ongoing opportunities to expand business with the current and new Smile Digital Health partners. 
  • Develop new opportunities and business in the market for Smile and by collaborating with Partners.
  • Develop a feedback cycle with partners and customers to ensure value-adding strategies are created to grow their business. 
  • Manage and support the team to drive and execute contracts, identify areas of improvement and develop plans and strategies to achieve Partnership goals and support Sales goals.
  • Forecast and track new partnership metrics by managing quarterly and annual partnership goals. Provide detailed and accurate forecasting, manage overall channel sales and partnership processes, set appropriate metrics for channel sales and partnership funnel management.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working within healthcare partnerships and channel sales. B2B experience, preferred. 
  • Previous experience managing partner and client relationships as well as contributions and teams, as well as strong success in personally developing relationships and channel-enabled programs with demonstrable results.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven leadership abilities to build and develop a high-functioning and efficient partnership team. 
  • Demonstrated revenue generation impact, through innovative partnerships and programs that have moved businesses forward.
  • Exceptional ability to shift quickly between high-level and detail-oriented thinking. Must be able to manage ambiguous, open-ended questions to the ground.
  • Independently capable of seeking information, solving complex interpersonal or operational problems, persuading and aligning resources, and delivering results.


$150,000 - $165,000 a year
