Account Manager

SmithRx is a rapidly growing Health-Tech company disrupting the PBM sector. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager in the healthcare space to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Skills

3-5 years of direct account management in healthcare
Working knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

Complete reporting and data requirements based on client and team needs
Build trusting relationships with client operational leadership
Identify product gaps and manage client expectations
Prioritize issues and assess escalations to mitigate client attrition risk

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
