Account Manager

SmithRx is a rapidly growing Health-Tech company disrupting the PBM sector. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager in the healthcare space to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of direct account management in healthcare
  • Working knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

  • Complete reporting and data requirements based on client and team needs
  • Build trusting relationships with client operational leadership
  • Identify product gaps and manage client expectations
  • Prioritize issues and assess escalations to mitigate client attrition risk

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
