Sr. Manager, Worker Lifecycle Marketing

This role, Sr. Manager, Worker Lifecycle Marketing, will work with marketing and product teams to focus on optimizing the customer journey and building long-term worker engagement. Leveraging deep expertise in B2C lifecycle, cross-functional project management mastery, a strong marketing background, and a versatile analytical skill set, the role will ensure Snagajob creates an ideal path for workers to interact with our platform, spanning the pre-hire and post-hire... experience. What You'll Get to Do Set the vision for marketing's worker engagement and communications strategy to help drive highly personalized experiences for workers across multiple touchpoints (web, mobile, email, social, in-product, etc.) Manage and have accountability for complex and impactful cross-functional projects that deliver value and empower workers. Create and evolve programs (new tests, concepts, and optimizations) to increase worker lifetime value Lead project documentation, reporting, and internal communication for worker lifecycle across the marketing org, helping functions (e.g. performance marketing, marketing ops) project manage relevant efforts Understand the worker persona and define journeys by analyzing internal data and conducting market research. Collect customer input across channels (e.g., support, NPS surveys) and gather competitive intelligence to identify differentiators / gaps What You'll Bring Deep expertise in B2C/D2C lifecycle backed by experience with a leading tech, eCommerce, travel, or high-growth consumer brand Track record of delivering highly successful engagement, loyalty, and retention strategies at scale Experience developing actionable insights through consumer journeys, gap analyses, personas, and segmentation strategies Cross-functional project management mastery, with the ability to prioritize and advance projects requiring sales, engineering, and product stakeholder support Natural ability to develop relationships and influence without authority across all levels in an organization, from senior executives to individual contributors Strong marketing background; skilled with executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels and leveraging martech tools (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus) Analytical rigor and strong critical thinking skills. You are adept with data, hypothesis-driven, and quickly able to identify solutions or paths to address complex problems At Snagajob, our commitment to being an equitable and inclusive employer is foundational to us, and we believe that pay transparency is a vital component of pay equity. In this role, you can expect to be paid a base salary in the range of $105,000 to $131,000. Full time employees are also eligible for Snagajob's bonus, equity, and benefits programs.
