Snyk is a developer security platform aiming to empower developers to build securely. We are looking for a Lead Compliance Manager to join our global GRC team and lead compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead compliance program enablement and operations
Evaluate internal compliance against framework controls
Communicate compliance gaps to stakeholders
Develop project plans for compliance gaps
Provide effective reporting mechanisms for project status
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and training
Act as an internal advisor and compliance advocate

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
