The Social Impact Coordinator will be a critical member of the DocuSign IMPACT Team, supporting programs and events to drive and celebrate employee engagement through giving and volunteering. This individual will be partnering with DocuSign’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and our Diversity and Inclusion teams to drive employee participation and engagement. A successful individual in this role will be passionate about maximizing DocuSign’s IMPACT in the community, will have strong program and project management skills, and will have strong written skills.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Social Impact Manager and is designated Flex.

Support the production of Global IMPACT Week and Earth Month for thousands of employees globally, working with employee leaders in 28 cities

Assist with employee communications, including emails and the DocuSign IMPACT Hub site (intranet)

Curate and promote a range of virtual and in-person volunteering opportunities for employees as part of our ongoing volunteer programs

Engage new hires in DocuSign IMPACT through quarterly volunteer opportunities

Support the creation and promotion of special giving campaigns in response to natural disasters and emergencies, as well as ERG heritage months

Coordinate skills-based volunteer programs in support of nonprofit customers and partners

Run regular reports and conduct basic data analysis related to participation rates and other IMPACT goals

Review and approve donation match requests, Giving Opportunities, and Volunteer Opportunities submitted by employees through the DocuSign IMPACT matching gifts platform

Serve as co-owner of the IMPACT email alias to address employee inquiries

Maintain IMPACT swag inventories and develop mechanisms for employee recognition

Create systems and processes to help scale the operations of the DocuSign IMPACT program

Support the planning and implementation of other IMPACT programs throughout the annual cycle

2+ years experience in a global private or corporate foundation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) role or nonprofit environment

Experience in employee engagement

Bachelor’s Degree

Demonstrated commitment to social impact and CSR efforts

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and comfortably with employees who have diverse skills and experiences and are in different geographies and levels within the organization

Project management skills with attentiveness to detail and consistent follow through

Ability to multitask, prioritize and make good use of time management skills

Experience working on matching gifts programs, volunteer management, and grant application programs

Ability to work confidently and thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required

This role is eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
Based on legislation in Washington state the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in Washington only: Washington pay range: $25.72/hour - $35.67/hour base salary
Based on legislation in California the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in California only: California pay range: $27.45/hour - $40.06/hour base salary
