Social Media & Communication Internship

The Team

Within the Italian Launching Team, you will work closely with the Country Launcher for Italy and closely connect with our central Social Media and PR Teams in France.


What will be your main responsibilities?

Social media:

  • Participation in the drafting of the editorial calendar.
  • Animation of the community on our different social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter...) following the previously defined strategy.
  • Proposal of inspirational and marketing content ideas (social networks, newsletters...).
  • Participation in the setting up of partnerships during our commercial highlights.
  • Competitive intelligence.
  • Declination of commercial operations on our digital media.

Communication:

  • Help central team in localization of content for Social Media Channels and the website.
  • Assure that all communication is properly localized in the Italian language and harmonized between each other on different platforms (same terms, etc.).

Events:

  • Support for the organization of online and offline events (research/contact of providers, planning and help with the running of events, innovating for new events...).
  • Support in the creation of content for communication with brands and merchants.
  • Participation in creating marketing materials (presentations, flyers, content...).
  • Reporting of predefined KPIs.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Bac +4/ +5 in business school or university equivalent with a specialization in communication.
  • A first experience in community management is desirable. You are comfortable with content management creation of communication tools and social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter have no secrets for you).
  • You are versatile, organized and able to move from one project to another.
  • Note that Social Media will represent 80% or more of your missions.
  • Fluent / Native Italian speaker
  • A good level of English to communicate with our teams across Europe.

  • Working from home 1/2 days a week
  • 6 months internship
