CrossCountry Consulting is looking for an experienced, versatile B2B Social Media Lead to manage our corporate presence across platforms and drive overall strategy and execution.
In this role, you will help develop, implement, manage, and measure the social media and digital communications strategy on our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter, to increase our online presence as well as support the promotion of key marketing initiatives, content and campaigns, and other corporate priorities.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled, creative storyteller with a passion for social media. This role will help to support building a strong corporate brand and create an overall strategy that will engage, connect, and inspire our followers and other target audiences.

Work with the team to create and implement a robust social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and communications strategy (B2B focused)

Develop and implement a monthly editorial calendar and social media campaign to help build brand awareness and support targeted marketing initiatives, corporate announcements, recruiting, DE&I programs, etc.

Create compelling written and visual content to engage audiences and generate ideas to increase audience engagement

Work with the Digital Marketing manager to create paid campaigns across platforms

Define KPIs for social media overall and campaigns; analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as social media evolves

Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Design graphics and create short videos for social content

Design and manage an employee advocacy program through social

Keep up to date on the latest social media best practices and technologies

Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite or Hubspot

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Advertising, Graphic Design, or Public Relations

Experience using LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter

5+ years of experience as a social media lead or a similar role using social media for brand awareness and to drive engagement

Understanding of/ proven expertise in social media best practices

Experience in creating social media strategies

Good understanding of social media KPIs

Strong creative and video design skills as well as attention to detail

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and writing skills

Organized and able to multitask
