NICU Dietitian

Are you a Registered Dietitian ready to impact the life of patients in a large hospital?Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital to provide inpatient nutrition care in a 22-bed level III NICU as well as the inpatient pediatrics floor. NYP-Queens is a 535 bed, Level 1 Trauma center in the heart of Queens, NY.Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the successful candidate will:• provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in the NICU and pediatric units;• be well versed in the Pediatric Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification;• attend daily NICU rounds;• work every 5th weekend and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage;• serve as a mentor to other RDs, providing support and training on pediatric/neonatal standards of care;• be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process; and• efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities.Is this opportunity right for you?
