We are looking for an EDI Implementation Project Consultant to join our high caliber team

Your Role:
We are looking for a professional to manage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) projects in implementing electronic document exchange solutions. You will work closely with customers to guide them through the technical setup, testing, and rollout while ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Your contribution to the success of the team:

• Manage small and large-scale EDI projects, ensuring timely and smooth execution.
• Support customers in understanding EDI standards (XML, JSON) and assist with technical implementation.
• Communicate with technical teams and various ERP implementors to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure projects stay on track and follow structured processes for efficiency.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Analyze and optimize EDI data flows using SQL queries and database management.

Your Qualifications & Competencies:

• Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Understanding of EDI formats, communication protocols and data mapping.
• Knowledge of business document workflows (invoices, orders, shipping notices) and experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with SQL databases, queries, and data extraction techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer support or project management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
