About the Position: Software Development Engineer (Cloud Technology)
We are looking for developers to join ZEDEDA’s vastly experienced engineering team. As a cloud developer, you will be working on designing and building both transactional and analytical microservices for ZEDEDA’s Edge Virtualization Controller (EVC) platform following an Agile process. You will also have the flexibility to switch to the device side and contribute to the open-source EVE project.

Responsibilities:
Designing and developing microservices of ZEDEDA Edge Virtualization Controller. Working closely with the other device and cloud developers and developing various layers of the distributed infrastructure of our cloud services. The candidate will be responsible for a quick turnaround with bug fixes or new features of our cloud services.
Qualifications:
4 or more years of experience in programming
Strong programming skills in one or more of the modern programming languages: Golang, Python, Node.JS
Fundamental ideas of RESTful Services, CRUD operations, etc.
Database technologies like MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, InfluxDB, etc.
Modern cloud infrastructure frameworks like Nginx, Kafka, zookeeper, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
Experience with source version control systems (git, SVN, etc.)
Experience with Unit Testing frameworks
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Additional Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or MCA is desirable
