Based in Edmond, Oklahoma, American Health Technology Group (AHTG) produces leading SaaS workforce management products enabling agencies to connect healthcare staff with hospitals throughout the U.S. This position is 100% remote.
We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, and passionate Software Engineer to work cross-functionally to design, develop, enhance, and maintain commercially available SaaS products. As a member of the team, you will be a key contributor focused primarily on the user experience and front-end application development using React. You will be supported on the business/product side by industry veterans, a strong product team, and a strong sales team.
On the technical side, you will be part of a team closely aligned with AI and Machine Learning initiatives. You should have a deep understanding of building SaaS products, software engineering, and data engineering including understanding a wide variety of data collection techniques and data management. Our web application tech stack is .NET, hosted on Azure with C# APIs and a React frontend. Our data pipelines and ML solutions use Python. In addition, we are open to other technologies that will meet our business goals.
You will work cross-functionally with a larger engineering group that includes a Core Services (architecture) team, a Data Warehouse and Power BI Analytics team, a Software Engineering team, a QA group, and an Implementation and Support group (which includes dedicated Product Owners and Account Managers).

Design, deliver, and evolve solutions through hands-on execution of engineering, quality assurance, and delivery.

Own delivery of product features and execute from concept to completion.

Design, develop, and consume APIs in web applications.

Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.

Maintain code integrity and organization.

Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when developing solutions.
