Main requirements:
Proven working experience in technical writing qnd software documentation.
Proven ability to deliver high quality and detailed documentation.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Excellent in written English and good command of Microsoft Office applications.
Basic familiarity with SDLC and software development.
Knowledgeable with different types of testing strategies and methodologies.
Knowledgeable in writing technical documentation for features included in the testing scope.

Additional requirements:

Experienced in Agile Methodology preferably Scrum

Innovative mindset and keen attention to details

Good communications ( oral and written ) skills

Knowledgeable in Scripting Languages (optional)

Job descriptions:

Producing a high quality documentation that is understandable to the intended reader.
Writing understandable user interface text, online help and guides that can easily be followed.
Create and design tutorial to help end-users use different types of applications.
Testing thru manual executions of features and procedures and analyze and report defects.
Review specifications and automate testing procedures.
Review of requirements and design and participate in test planning.
Plan and execute test cases as required by the project to ensure that quality criteria is always met.
Cooperate with development team and ensure that everything is aligned in terms of deliverables and schedule.
Document testing instruction and changes for back-tracking and release to customer if necessary.
Plan and create testing strategies that is aligned with the specifications, requirements and project schedule.

Communication skills:

Skilled in interpersonal communication, with an arsenal of listening, negotiation, problem-solving and team-building skills at the ready.

Educational Attainment:

Bachelor's degree preferably in an Engineering / IT related course
