Sojern seeks a Senior People Business Partner to align business objectives with people solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and change agent to senior leadership. This role will influence talent management and employee relations while supporting a globally distributed team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Master’s degree and/or HR Certification strongly preferred
