Senior Software Development Manager
Sojern is seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead and mentor development teams. The ideal candidate is experienced in software development and managing teams, with a strong grounding in the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

- Oversee the entire SDLC process.

- Build and manage cross-functional teams.
- Execute projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain and update project status to management.
- Develop key metrics/KPI to indicate progress and product quality.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Master’s Degree in Software Engineering or related field
