Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) Position

Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist in the Wilmington, Massachussets area to join our team on a contractual basis for a school-based role. If you have a passion for positively influencing the lives of children and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to get in touch!Position Details:• Start/End Dates: Remainder of the 2024-2025 School Year• Hours: Full-time• 37.5 hours per week• Caseload Size: TBD during interview process• Grades: PreK- 12th Grades• Location: Multiple Schools• Onsite onlyResponsibilities:• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.• Deliver client-centered occupational therapy services, focusing on enhancing functional abilities and independence.• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.• Maintain accurate and current documentation of client progress, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and treatment plans.• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic strategies.Qualifications:• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.• Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, we encourage you to apply today!
