Director of Finance

We are assisting well-respected industry leader with their search for a Director of Finance. Our client is working a hybrid work schedule with three days in office. This role will support leadership decision making with budgeting, forecasting and actuals analysis.Responsibilities:• Creating financial models and analyses• Leading the budgeting and forecasting for capital expenditures for the organization• Preparing short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties• Managing financial systems and maintaining full and accurate records• Responding to auditors’ inquiries• Reviewing, analyzing, and comparing monthly and quarterly operating department financial results and KPIs against budget and forecast• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecastsRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance required; MBA a plus• 7+ years of related work experience• Experience in a public equity-backed company desired• Excellent communication skills including the ability to present results to senior leadershipIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
