Part-Time Sr. Paid Social Manager - B2B SaaS

Our client, a mid-sized tech company in NYC, is looking for a part-time Senior Paid Social Manager specializing in B2B SaaS for a 20-hour/week remote contract for 1-2 months. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation efforts through targeted social media campaigns. Your expertise in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and X will be crucial in crafting and executing strategies that effectively engage and convert B2B audiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align paid social initiatives with overarching marketing goals, ensuring optimal ROI and lead generation within the B2B SaaS landscape. This is a remote 15-hour/week contract. NYC-based or EST-based candidates preferred.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies tailored for B2B SaaS, focusing on demand generation and lead acquisition.• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance optimization across LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and X.• Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to continuously refine and improve paid social initiatives.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid social efforts with broader marketing objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.• Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in paid social advertising, and incorporate best practices into strategy development.• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the paid social discipline.Required Qualifications:• 6+ years of experience in paid social media management, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.• Proven track record of driving successful demand generation campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook, with additional experience in Reddit and X• Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and the buyer's journey within the SaaS industry.• Proficiency in leveraging social media advertising tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics) to track performance and optimize campaigns.• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
