Solutions Engineer - Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to work alongside our passionate sales and customer success teams. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for technical software demonstrations, creating proposals on how to overcome technical problems, creating customized solutions that meet the client's needs, project managing a new client's onboarding process, and providing best practices in order to help the client generate more revenue.
To ensure success as a Solutions Engineer, you should have an above average understanding of web and marketing systems, such as CRMs, web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management. Additionally, Solutions Engineers are relied upon to work with representatives from varying client-side departments, such as IT, marketing, and executive teams, so consultative communications skills and patience are a must. Ultimately, a top-notch Solutions Engineer drives sales by creating specialized solutions, tailor-made to the customer's needs, thus expediting the sales process. An ideal candidate is a problem-solver, autonomous, organized, and motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
