Job Description

As an Automotive Internet Sales Manager, you will work for a car dealership of either new or pre-owned cars, or both. Your primary focus will be to manage the online component of a dealership's sales. You will provide a high level of customer service on leads generated via the website.

As the automotive internet sales manager, you will need an excellent understanding of the dealership's products and services. Your job duties may include creating sales quotes for customers, checking customers' credit histories, and creating relationships with customers to secure sales. Other job responsibilities could involve training and overseeing internet sales representatives, updating the website with new inventory and pricing, and managing the dealership's presence on social media platforms. In this role, you could be responsible for aligning online sales with other existing in-person promotions. You might be required to attend new product or sales training. In addition, you may be required to keep detailed customer records for future sales opportunities.

Qualifications

·      Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·      Knowledge of dealership technology (automotive mastermind/e-leads).

·       Ability to lead our internet sales team to growth and success.

·       Prior Sales/Internet/Traffic experience in Mercedes or Luxury brand is a plus!

·       Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

·       All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

·       All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
